Clear, effective, informative
The new GGK catalogue will be released in time for Light+Building 2012

Clearer, more effective, more informative: The new GGK Complete Catalogue fully meets the needs of users for a rapid and comprehensive information medium. Completely redesigned, the new catalogue will premiere in time for the world-leading Light+Building 2012 trade fair. Visitors to Light+Building can also gain a complete overview of our contemporary, functional and aesthetic cable management systems at the GGK stand in Hall 8, Stand G80.

The freshly printed 576-page volume is a practical working aid for planners, architects, electrical installers and specialist wholesalers that offers quick orientation for product searches and presents numerous solution examples and ideas for individually customised installations.

Efficient working starts simply with choosing the right products. The new GGK catalogue was therefore developed in intensive collaboration with users. The completely new design meets the requirements for professional, modern cable management. At the same time, specialists in the field can benefit from generous amounts of advice and creative inspiration for their working practice.

With the new GGK catalogue, long searches for the appropriate solution are a thing of the past. All product groups are clearly presented. Products and all available respective components and accessories are shown on a double spread, allowing quick and precise information without endless page-turning from section to section. Good-quality photos and 3D drawings make the products easy for the reader to “grasp” both visually and descriptively.

To make items easy to locate, each product group has its own thumbing position in the registry. The main benefits of each product system are presented in a way that is accurate and easy to understand – so that the catalogue not only provides the required information for the user but also acts as a highly useful tool when advising customers.

The focus thus lies not on individual products but rather on the customised solution: large-format photographs of application and object examples illustrate how contemporary cable management systems appear in practice – a high level of practical relevance and user value creates plenty of inspiration.

Innovative and practical too: the new decision matrix, provided in front of every product group. Just three core questions enable the user to find the appropriate solutions and the ideal cable trunking for their project planning.
The core questions are based on the following:

  • How many cables do you want to install?
  • Do you want to install devices (power and data sockets, etc.)?
  • What are the demands of the surroundings that you want to take into consideration? (There are three materials to choose from: sheet steel, plastic or aluminium.)

The user can thus quickly find complete solutions that meet their needs in both functional and aesthetic terms. The high-quality object examples in different rooms and situations, with photos of details and explanatory text, further facilitate planning discussions with the building owner.
